Client’s emotional brief was to link the felt qualities of the coastal ocean terrain into the architectural experience.
A formal and clear geometric and tectonic vocabulary was embraced, along with interstitial use of water features as a constant reminder of one’s location, it’s sense of drama by framing and emphasising curated exposure to the elements.
