Ibondi was redesigned from previous DA approval. The project involved redesign, interiors package, marketing and all aspects of branding.
Situated on Bondi road, setting and siting were the basic drivers to the composition and materiality. The design is founded on principles of pragmatic responses with geometric clarity.
