New home for journalists and their family that takes on a phenomenological and poetic approach to architecture with a strong sustainable agenda. Client’s emotional brief was to explore emotional boundaries via sun, vista and texture. The functional brief was to make complex use of simple geometries and materials to create a sophisticated assemblage of spatial sequences.
